2012년 서울시 전체 평균 공시지가는 2,697,747원/㎡이다. 용도지역별로는 주거지역 평균 공시지가 2,282,091원/㎡, 상업 및 업무지역 6,893,119원/㎡, 주거 및 상업지역 3,245,803원/㎡이다. 구별 평균 공시지가는 중구(6,056,691원/㎡)와 강남구(5,278,721원/㎡) 순으로 가장 높고 도봉구(1,380,062원/㎡)가 가장 낮다. 주거와 상업 및 업무지역의 공시지가가 가장 높은 자치구는 강남구이며, 주거 및 상업지역은 용산구이다 .

LAND VALUE

As of 2012, the average officially assessed land value in Seoul is 2,697,747 KRW/㎡. The officially assessed land value in residential areas was 2,282,091 KRW/㎡, while land value in commercial areas was 3,245,803 KRW/㎡. In terms of districts, Jung-gu and Gangnam-gu had the highest average appraisals at 6,056,691 KRW/㎡ and 5,278,721 KRW/㎡ respectively, while Dobong-gu received the lowest – 1,380,062 KRW/㎡. By land use, the official land value for residential areas and commercial and business areas was highest in Gangnam-gu, while appraisals for mixed residential and business areas was highest in Yongsan-gu.
